Announcement of finding large reserves of gold in Mecca
Saudi Arabia News: A huge store of gold has been found in Mecca, the holiest city of the Islam community. Saudi Arabia has recently announced the discovery of huge reserves of gold in the holy city of Mecca. In this regard, Saudi officials said in their announcement that gold reserves have been found at a distance of 100 km to the south of Mansoorah Massara gold mine located in Al Khurma Governorate of Mecca region.
This mining company of Saudi Arabia has said that many gold reserves have been found in this area. These reserves show that there is extensive scope for mining in this area. Madden had launched a big program and launched a campaign for the discovery of gold in the year 2022, i.e. last year. Finding gold reserves is considered to be the initial success of this program. In view of the discovery of gold reserves near Mansoorah Massara, Maden has planned to further accelerate the drilling work in its surrounding areas in the year 2024.
Excavation is being done at many places
Maaden also operates the Mansourah Massara mine as well as drilling operations at Jabal al-Ghadra and Bir al-Tawila, 25 km north of there. Digging in this area has yielded positive results and there is a possibility that gold can be excavated in a distance of 125 kilometers. If this happens, a world class gold belt will be developed in Saudi Arabia. By the end of 2023, Mansourah Massara is expected to have extracted gold resources of approximately 7 million ounces and a production capacity of 250,000 ounces per year.
