The war between Israel and Hamas is prolonging.

Jerusalem: A surprising incident has come to light in Israel’s ongoing fight against Hamas. A man posing as a soldier fought with an Israeli army unit against Hamas, and has now been accused of weapons theft. Investigation revealed that the man had never joined the army. According to the indictment filed on Sunday, 35-year-old Roi Yifrak took advantage of the situation following the Hamas attack on October 7 and joined the war against Hamas.

Picture with Netanyahu also surfaced

According to reports, Yifrak stole large quantities of military weapons, munitions and sensitive communications equipment, including military equipment. Israeli media reported that she spent time during the fighting in Gaza and even surfaced a photo of her with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a visit to meet troops in the area. According to the indictment, Yifrack went to southern Israel on October 7 and presented himself as a soldier in an anti-terrorist unit, a bomb disposal expert and a member of the Shin Bet internal security service.

Yifrak was arrested on 17 December

Police arrested Yifrak on 17 December and recovered a large cache of arms, ammunition, magazines, walkie-talkies, a drone, soldiers’ uniforms and other military equipment from him. Yifrack’s lawyer Eitan Sabag told Israel’s Channel 12 TV that he went to help as a paramedic and fought bravely for more than two months. “He was helping and rescuing people in the middle of the fighting,” Sabagh said. He also fought against terrorists. The police have also detained 4 more people including a police officer in the arms theft case.
