Hindu temple vandalized in California

A temple located in Newark area of ​​California, USA has been attacked. It is being said that the Hindu temple was damaged and pro-Khalistani slogans were written on its walls. The incident took place in Newark city, pictures of which were shared by Hindu American Foundation on Twitter, showing anti-India slogans written on the walls of Swaminarayan Mandir Vasna Sanstha. In the pictures, hate slogans against India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are seen on the wall of the temple. The foundation insisted that the incident should be investigated as a hate crime.

The organization further said that the Newark Police Department and the Justice Department Civil Rights Division have been informed about it. Newark Police said that after receiving information about the incident, the police have assured that the incident will be thoroughly investigated.

Police have said that it has been reported that anti-India graffiti has been painted on the outer walls of a Hindu temple in Newark, California, United States, and it has been vandalized.

Recently, a temple in Surrey city of Canada was vandalized by extremists at midnight.
