Imran’s party made a big announcement

Pakistan News: There is still turmoil in the politics of Pakistan. Even though Shahbaz Sharif has taken oath as the Prime Minister, even after this, Imran Khan’s party continues to adopt an aggressive stance. Because even though the candidates of Imran’s party contested the elections as independent candidates, most of the candidates who were supporters of Imran won. Despite this, the pain of not getting power remains. ‘Khela’ also happened with Imran. His party did not get the election symbol ‘cricket bat’. Meanwhile, after the election results, Imran Khan’s party is continuously adopting a sharp attitude. Imran Khan’s party will move the Supreme Court after being denied reserved seats.

Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s party has announced that a court has rejected Sunni Ittehad Council’s (SIC) petition challenging the Election Commission’s decision to allot seats reserved for it in the national and provincial assemblies to other parties. After leaving she will approach the Supreme Court. Imran Khan’s PTI was dealt a blow when the Peshawar High Court, while hearing the SIC petition on Thursday, unanimously rejected it.

Arguments heard for two days

The bench heard the arguments for two consecutive days. Passed a short order on Thursday and dismissed two petitions filed by SIC. The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in a 4-1 majority decision on March 4 had dashed the hopes of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed SIC of securing the seats. The commission had cited “unremediable legal defects” and violation of mandatory provisions in the submission of party lists for reserved seats. Following the bench’s decision, PTI Chairman Gohar Ali Khan had told reporters outside Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail on Thursday that the former ruling party would approach the Supreme Court to claim its share in the reserved seats.

Imran Khan in jail will not be able to meet people for two weeks

Meanwhile, this Imran Khan is lodged in Adiala jail. Another problem for him has increased. The new problem of jailed Imran Khan is that he will not be able to meet people for two weeks in the Adiala jail where he is lodged. It is noteworthy that former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has been barred from meeting people for two weeks in Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail. Imran Khan’s party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) termed the government’s decision as fascist. Also expressed strong objection to this decision. The party said that this is another attempt by the government to suppress Imran’s voice.
