The Israeli army is carrying out precise and targeted operations against Hamas in Shifa Hospital. The IDF said it had successfully delivered incubators, baby food and medical supplies to the hospital for patients. Israeli medical teams and Arabic-speaking soldiers are on the ground to ensure that these supplies reach those in need. The Israeli Army has given this information through a post on Twitter.
On the other hand, Palestine has written a letter to the international community demanding an immediate stop to the operation being conducted on the hospital by the Israeli Army. Palestine’s Foreign Ministry has condemned the operation to clear Al-Shif Hospital by the Israeli military. It has also appealed for immediate intervention from the international community to stop such possible activities in other hospitals. Palestine says civilians should be protected in hospitals. Israel Defense Forces say, “IDF forces are conducting a precise and targeted operation against Hamas in a designated area at Shifa Hospital, based on intelligence information and an operational need.” A ground campaign is being run in Gaza.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said it was not Israel that was deliberately targeting civilians, but Hamas who beheaded, burned and massacred civilians in the worst attack on Jews since the Holocaust. While Israel is doing everything to keep civilians out of harm’s way, Hamas is doing everything to harm them. Israel provides humanitarian corridors and safe zones to civilians in Gaza, with Hamas preventing them from leaving at gunpoint. It is Hamas, not Israel, that should be held responsible for committing double war crimes. It is the job of Hamas to hide behind civilians and target civilians. The forces of civilization must support Israel in defeating the barbarity of Hamas.
