Pakistan upset over Supreme Court’s decision on Article 370

There is panic in Pakistan after the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. While hearing this matter, the Supreme Court said that the decision taken by the Central Government and the President to remove Article 370 was right. The court declared it constitutional. The apex court said in this decision that Article 370 was a temporary provision. Whatever decision has been taken by the Central Government, it has been taken under the Constitution and within its scope. Also, during the hearing, the court has also ordered to hold elections in Jammu and Kashmir by September 2024.

Pakistan upset over Supreme Court’s decision

After this decision of the Supreme Court, all the controversies regarding Section 370 have now ended. Now there is an outcry against this decision in Pakistan. After the decision of the Supreme Court, there is panic in the Pakistani Foreign Ministry. If Pakistani media is to be believed, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry can respond in this regard by Monday evening. Meanwhile, former Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif tweeted that the Indian Supreme Court has violated international laws by giving its decision against the UN resolutions.

‘The court betrayed Kashmiris’

He said the court has betrayed the sacrifices of millions of Kashmiris and the verdict will be seen as recognition of miscarriage of justice. Let us tell you that when Article 370 was removed in the year 2019, Pakistan had opposed it. Pakistan had also mentioned this in many international forums. This year, India also organized some G-20 meetings in Kashmir. Let us tell you that meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has introduced the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act Bill in the Rajya Sabha. Let us tell you that this bill has already been passed in the Lok Sabha.
