The havoc of speed has taken the lives of many people in Pakistan. It is being told that a bus passing through the hills was moving at high speed in the darkness of the night. Suddenly the bus driver lost control at a turn. After this the bus overturned and fell straight into the ditch. As soon as the bus went out of control, there was an outcry among the people sitting in it. By the time some people could understand, many people had lost their lives. Other people were badly injured. Due to the accident happening at night, there was delay in reaching the people for help. Somehow people were taken to the hospital with the help of local people. The condition of many of the injured is critical.
It is being told that this accident happened late on Tuesday night in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, North-West Pakistan. At least 10 people were killed and 15 others were injured when a speeding bus fell into a ditch. Police gave this information on Wednesday. The bus was heading towards a hill village from Khanpur in Haripur district when it met with an accident at Tarnawa.
Police said that due to high speed, the driver lost control of the vehicle at a turn and the bus fell into a deep gorge. The dead include men, women and children. Rescue vehicles reached the accident site and evacuated the injured passengers with the help of local people. The injured have been shifted to a trauma center in Haripur district.
