To avenge 30 deaths from Russia, Ukraine attacked with 32 drones simultaneously. But the Russian army was alert. Russia has claimed that most of Ukraine’s drones have been shot down in counter attacks. However, many Ukrainian drones were successful in attacking different areas of Russia. Due to this many buildings collapsed. There is a possibility of many people getting buried under the debris. But there has been no information from Russia about any death or any major damage.

Russian officials said on Saturday that at least 32 Ukrainian drones had been spotted in several areas of Russia. A day before this, Russia had carried out 18-hour air strikes across Ukraine, killing at least 30 civilians. The Russian Defense Ministry issued a statement saying that these drones were seen in the sky in Moscow, Bryansk, Oryol and Kursk regions of Russia. The statement said that all these drones were destroyed by the air defense system and no casualties were reported. There have been continuous drone attacks on cities in western Russia since May and Russian officials blame Ukraine for this.

Attacks also took place on the Crimean Peninsula

Ukrainian authorities have never claimed responsibility for the attacks on Russian territory and the Crimean peninsula. However, major airstrikes against Russia have followed heavy attacks on Ukrainian cities. Moscow’s military launched 122 missile and dozens of drone strikes across Ukraine on Friday in what an air force official described as the largest airstrike of the war. A maternity hospital, apartments and schools were damaged in the attack, with at least 144 people injured and many more buried under debris, the number unknown. (AP)
