Let us tell you that Artika Shukla is originally from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. His father is a doctor and mother is a housewife. Apart from this, he also has two elder brothers, who have cracked the UPSC exam. Artika Shukla received her early education from St. John’s School. She was very smart in studies right from the beginning. During his studies, he thought of becoming a doctor like his father and also obtained MBBS degree from Maulana Azad Medical College. Then he started preparing for MD. Artika was still doing MD when her brother asked her to prepare for UPSC. After which he started preparing for UPSC exam.

Artika Shukla did not take any coaching to prepare for UPSC exam, her brothers helped her. In 2015, Artika got fourth rank in UPSC exam. This was his first attempt. IAS Artika Shukla fell in love with IAS officer Jasmeet Singh Sandhu during her IAS training. Let us tell you that Jasmeet Singh, resident of Delhi, had secured third rank in UPSC exam 2015. In the year 2017, IAS Artika and IAS Jasmeet Singh got married.
