According to the notification, 930 vacancies of Grade-A Computer Officer in UP Police will be filled through this recruitment drive. Of these, 381 posts are earmarked for unreserved category, 91 posts for EWS category, 249 posts for Other Backward Classes, 193 posts for Scheduled Caste and 16 posts for Scheduled Tribe.
Essential Educational Qualification
According to the notification, to apply for this recruitment drive, candidates must have passed 12th. Besides, it is also necessary for the candidate to have a diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Electronics Engineering.

The age of the candidate applying for the post of Uttar Pradesh Police Grade-A Computer Operator should be between 18 years to 26 years.
