UP Board Exam: The examinations for class 10th and 12th are being conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education. A large number of students had registered for the board exam. This time also the board has made special arrangements to prevent cheating in the examination. The board has made arrangements for recording from exam centers to examination halls. According to reports, a large number of students remained absent from the examination on the first day.

According to reports, more than 3.33 lakh students remained absent in both the shifts on the first day of UP Board exams. According to the board, 8265 centers have been set up across the state for the examination. Where CCTV is equipped with cameras and voice recording facilities. At the same time, there is strict security at the centres.

On the first day of the examination i.e. on Thursday, in the first shift, high school Hindi, elementary Hindi and 12th class military science examination were held. Whereas in the second shift, examination of 10th Commerce and 12th Hindi and General Hindi was held. In the first shift, 2,03,299 out of 29,43,786 candidates were absent and in the second shift, 1,30,242 out of 24,67,715 candidates were absent. Overall, a total of 3,33,541 candidates did not turn up on the first day.

To prevent cheating, sensitive and highly sensitive examination centers have been created. Where there is strict surveillance by UP Police. Online monitoring is being done at various administrative levels including strong rooms and examination centres. The board has set up command and control rooms at regional centers as well as key administrative offices, including the Directorate of Education in Lucknow and the Council of Secondary Education headquarters in Prayagraj, to crack down on cheating.

The board has also issued a toll free number to complain about cheating in the examination. To make complaints, there is also a provision of toll free numbers 18001805310 and 18001805312 and information mediums like WhatsApp, Twitter and Facebook.
