The list of documents you will need for admission in various courses of JMI is as follows.

active phone number
scanned photograph
scanned signature
Credit card or net banking details.
Also keep in mind that the email ID and mobile number you mention in the form at the time of registration should remain active till the completion of the admission process. Communication with you will be done through both these mediums. Therefore, keep in mind that the phone number should also be active and the email ID should also work.
Photo and signature
Also know that at the time of application you have to upload your photo and signature in JPEG format. Talking about size, the size of both the scanned photo and scanned signature should not be more than 100 KB. The background of both the photograph and sign should be white. Use black pen to sign. If you keep these things in mind then you will not face any problem at the time of application.

Once the form is completely filled and you have completed all the documents including photo, signature and submission of fees, then check it properly before submitting it. The university gives the opportunity to edit the form but it is better if there are no mistakes at the time of application. Take a print out of it and keep it with you, it will be useful in future.
