Yes, four years after marrying Parveen Sahni on 14 December 2006 i.e. in 2010, Emraan Hashmi became the father of a son, whom he named Ayaan. Life was going well for both of them but the pace of their life came to a halt when Imran’s little Ayaan got cancer. In the year 2014, after hearing about his son’s cancer, the ground slipped from under the feet of Emraan Hashmi. At the age of just 4, Ayaan became a victim of a dangerous disease like cancer. Imran has mentioned this in his book ‘The Kiss of Life: How a superhero and my son defeated cancer’. Imran, along with his wife, also fought and won this battle for his son. After undergoing treatment for 5 years, Ayaan recovered. Imran remained courageous to his son throughout this entire war. For Imran, his son is no less than a superhero.
Actor became emotional about his son
Now recently, Emraan has written a heart-touching note on his social media on the completion of ten years of the cancer diagnosis of his son Ayaan Hashmi, who is now 13 years old. Along with this, Emraan Hashmi has also shared a picture and a video with his son Ayaan Hashmi. Ayaan looks very small in the picture. In the video, Emraan Hashmi’s son is seen reading the title of the book. In which he can be heard saying, ‘Kiss of Life: How a superhero and my son defeated cancer.’ While sharing this post, Imran wrote in the caption, ‘Today marks ten years since Ayaan’s diagnosis. The most difficult period of our lives, but we overcame it with faith and hope. More importantly, they overcame it and are standing strong. Thank you very much for standing with us with your love and prayers.
Emraan Hashmi depends on his son
