In response to this petition, ED gave this argument while filing an affidavit. The case was placed before Judge Manoj Kumar Ohri. The lawyer representing Jacqueline has sought time from the court to file a reply in response to the ED’s affidavit. The High Court has fixed the next hearing of the case on April 15.
