Be sure to include salad in your meal. Also include high fiber vegetables, proteins and pulses.

Avoid eating a full meal and do not remain hungry for too long.

Sleep early at night and wake up early in the morning.

Avoid mobile and TV as much as possible.

Try to avoid stress and loneliness.

Start checking for cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes after 30 years.
