How to make Carrot and Ginger Soup

It is very easy to make carrot and ginger soup. First of all, cut ginger and carrot into fine pieces. Now heat some olive oil in a wok or pan, add garlic and onion and fry. Add cumin, black pepper and salt as per taste. After this, add ginger and fry it lightly and add two cups of water to it. When the first boil comes, add chopped carrots to it and let it boil for some time. Let it boil for about 10 minutes so that the carrots get cooked properly. Now take it out from the pan, put it in a bowl and garnish with green coriander.
