1. Cinnamon-
Daily eating habits increase the sugar present in our body. Cinnamon helps prevent blood sugar spikes. You can consume cinnamon by adding it to tea, daily breakfast, porridge or vegetables or baking items.

2. Black pepper
A compound named ‘piperine’ is found in black pepper. For this reason, it improves insulin sensitivity and helps in reducing blood sugar level. You can consume black pepper with soup, sauce, curry, tea or fruits.

3. Fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek leaves play a big role in controlling blood sugar. Besides, its consumption also controls cholesterol. You can use it with tadka. Apart from this, soak 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds overnight and take it with water the next morning. This also proves beneficial for diabetic patients.
