According to the American Heart Association, salted peanuts roasted in oil are healthy for the heart because it contains less sodium. Roasted peanuts contain considerable amount of sodium. Roasted peanuts are cooked in peanut oil only. Frying it in oil will not increase the amount of fat found in it.
