New Delhi: AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has raised questions on the decision in the Gyanvapi case. Asaduddin Owaisi said that the first thing is that today was the last day of the judge’s retirement. Secondly, he had appointed the District Magistrate as receiver on January 17. The third thing is that by giving the decision he decided the entire case. Nothing was happening there since 1993, you were giving the basement of the Masjid, now you have decided the entire case by giving the right to worship in the basement.

Open violation of Worship Act

Owaisi further said that 30 years have passed since 1993, but now you have given the right to worship. This is a clear violation of the Worship Act. This is a wrong decision. Unless the Modi government openly says that the Worship Act should not be violated. All this stuff will continue. When the decision on Ram Mandir on Babri Masjid was given, we had said that the decision has been given on the basis of faith, now these cases will continue in future also.

What was the order?

Please note that the Varanasi District Court has given the Hindu side the right to worship in the Vyas basement. The court has ordered the district administration to make arrangements for barricading within 7 days. Please note that the court has given this decision on the basis of the evidence presented by the ASI. According to this order, tonight itself the team of Varanasi District Magistrate, Varanasi Police Commissioner, DCP and other police officers removed the barricades and allowed the Hindu side to perform the puja. At around 11 pm, amidst heavy security arrangements, the Archakas worshiped Lord Ganesha and Lakshmi Ji and performed Aarti.
