After the ban on Muslim League in Jammu and Kashmir, now Tehreek-e-Hurriyat (TeH) has also been banned. This organization has been declared an ‘unlawful association’ under UAPA. This organization is involved in prohibited activities to separate Jammu and Kashmir from India and establish Islamic rule. This group is spreading anti-India propaganda and continuing terrorist activities to promote separatism in Jammu and Kashmir. The Home Ministry has declared the party an ‘unlawful association’ under UAPA. Home Minister Amit Shah has shared this information on his official X handle.

Amit Shah wrote on his X handle that PM Modi has a zero-tolerance policy against terrorism, so any person or organization found involved in anti-India activities will be immediately thwarted.
