BJP angry at Congress.
The idol of Lord Shri Ram Lala will be consecrated on January 22 in the sanctum sanctorum of the Ram temple being built in Ayodhya. Thousands of prominent political, film and industrial personalities of the country including PM Modi have been invited to this program. Congress MPs Sonia Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge and Adhir Ranjan were invited for the Pran Pratistha program on behalf of Ram Temple. However, he declined this invitation. Congress is now being criticized a lot on this issue.
People will boycott Congress in elections
Union Minister Anurag Thakur slammed Congress for rejecting the invitation to attend the Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha ceremony in Ayodhya. He said that the public will boycott the opposition party in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. If they have boycotted Ramlala, then the people of this country will boycott him in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Had promised to rebuild Babri
Anurag Thakur got angry at Congress and said that the nature, character and face of Congress can never change. This is the same Congress which had given an affidavit calling Shri Ram imaginary. This is the same Congress which had promised that we will build Babri Masjid again at the same place.” Thakur said, “This is the same Congress which had coined the false theory of Hindu terrorism.
What did Congress say?
Last month, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi and Congress Parliamentary Party President Adhir Ranjan Choudhary had received an invitation from the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust for the inauguration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. However, the Congress said that accepting the Supreme Court decision of 2019 and respecting the faith of the people, Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi and Adhir Ranjan Choudhary respectfully reject the invitation of BJP and RSS for this event.
