Many flights delayed in Delhi due to dense fog
New Delhi: The dense fog in North India is affecting road, rail and flight services on Saturday as well. Many flights are delayed due to dense fog at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. Many trains coming and going from all the railway stations of Delhi are also running late today. It has been told by the Railways that due to fog and low visibility in the national capital, some trains are running late. A passenger waiting for the train told that he was going to Mata Vaishno Devi and his train was late by more than two hours. The train was supposed to arrive at 5.30 but has not arrived yet.

According to the information received, many trains including Telangana Express 3.40 hours, Punjab Mail 6.07, Gorakhdham Express, Shramshakti Express, Lucknow Mail, Dadar Express, Bandra-Shrimata Vaishnadevi are running late.
80 flight late
Sources at Delhi Airport said that till 8.30 am today, around 80 flights departing from IGI Airport are late. An airport official said that due to bad weather there has been a huge impact on flight services. Due to this, many flights are much behind schedule.
A passenger at the airport said that we are going to Gangtok Sikkim to celebrate New Year but our flight has been delayed by 2 hours. If there is further delay, we will complain. Let us tell you that due to dense fog, transport services in Delhi are affected. On Friday, 11 trains coming to Delhi were delayed due to fog. Apart from this, many flights were also delayed. Some routes were also diverted. A total of 58 flights were diverted due to bad weather between midnight on December 25 and 6 am on December 28.
