Mercury dropped in Delhi-NCR

After drizzle on Wednesday morning, the temperature of Delhi NCR has fallen further. According to the Meteorological Department, light rain may be seen in the NCR region in the coming days also. At the same time, dense fog has also been predicted. According to the Meteorological Department, cold day conditions may persist in Delhi NCR for the next two days. On Wednesday, the minimum temperature here can be 7 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature can be up to 18 degrees Celsius.

What will be the condition of UP?

There has been an increase in day temperature in various districts of Uttar Pradesh but a sharp decline has been seen in the minimum temperature. According to the Meteorological Department, severe cold and fog may be seen in the capital Lucknow for the next two days. However, a change in the weather is expected from Friday. Fog can also be seen in about 40 districts of the state including Lucknow, Ayodhya and Kanpur.

Dense fog alert in Bihar

The month of January is about to end but shivering cold is still being seen in Bihar. The temperature of Patna has been measured lower than Shimla. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of dense fog in the state. Orange and yellow alert has been issued by the Meteorological Department regarding cold wave in Bihar till January 28.

What is the condition of other states?

According to the information given by the Meteorological Department, there will be fog in most areas of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan and North Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday. According to the update, no relief is expected in these areas for the next 5 days. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of ‘Cold Day’ and ‘Severe Cold Day’ for these areas.
