India TV-CNX Opinion Poll: ‘Whose government this time’, the public has given their opinion – India TV Hindi

What is the public opinion?

New Delhi, March 5: According to the India TV-CNX opinion poll, if elections are held now, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi can win 378 out of the total 543 Lok Sabha seats. The Congress-led INDIA alliance (except Trinamool Congress) may win 98 seats while others including Trinamool Congress, YSRCP, TDP, BJD and independents may win the remaining 67 seats. This opinion poll was broadcast today on India TV news channel. This opinion poll was conducted between 5 and 23 February in 543 Lok Sabha constituencies. A total of 1,62,900 people participated in it, which includes 84,350 men and 78,550 women.

According to this survey, Bharatiya Janata Party can win 335 seats on its own. According to this opinion poll, all 26 seats in Gujarat, all 29 seats in Madhya Pradesh, all 25 seats in Rajasthan, all 10 seats in Haryana, all 7 seats in Delhi, all 5 seats in Uttarakhand and all 4 seats in Himachal Pradesh. BJP is going to do a clean sweep.

The biggest victory is expected in Uttar Pradesh where BJP can win 74 seats. BJP’s allies RLD and Apna Dal can win two seats each out of total 80 seats. The remaining two seats can go to the Samajwadi Party. Congress and BSP are not expected to get even a single seat in UP.

Other states where BJP can score notable victories are: Bihar (17 out of 40), Jharkhand (12 out of 14), Karnataka (22 out of 28), Maharashtra (25 out of 48), Odisha (21 10 out of 14), Assam (10 out of 14) and West Bengal (20 out of 42). Among regional parties, Trinamool Congress can win 21 seats in West Bengal.

Whereas DMK can win 20 seats in Tamil Nadu, YSRCP can win 15 seats and TDP 10 seats in Andhra Pradesh. Biju Janata Dal is expected to get 10 out of 21 seats in Odisha.
