After the murder of Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena President Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, the workers had launched a violent agitation across Rajasthan. Yesterday in Jaipur, Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was shot dead after breaking into his house in broad daylight. Karni Sena had announced Rajasthan bandh against this murder. However, after fierce demonstrations throughout the day, Karni Sena has announced suspension of the movement. Information has been received that all the demands of Karni Sena have been accepted. The news of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi’s funeral being held tomorrow Thursday has also come to light.
NIA promises investigation and security
According to sources, an agreement has been reached with the Governor regarding the demands of the Rajput community. It has been said that legal action will be taken against the officers who were negligent in providing security to Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi. Along with this, there is also news that the investigation of this murder has been handed over to NIA. Gogamedi’s family will be given security and once the new government is formed, his family will also be given financial assistance.
The funeral will take place tomorrow
After a consensus was reached between the administration and the Rajput community, the post-mortem of the body of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi will probably be done tomorrow morning, Thursday 7th December. After this, the news of his last rites being performed in Gogamedi village has come to light yesterday itself.

CCTV footage of the shooting death of Karni Sena President Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi has surfaced. Sukhdev was shot after entering the house. Police have said that one attacker involved in this incident has been killed. At the same time, it is being said that other criminals will also be caught soon. Leaders of all political parties have expressed grief over the murder of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi.
