Owaisi upset with the order for survey of Shahi Eidgah.

Allahabad High Court has accepted the petition of the Hindu side in the case of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah located in Mathura. Along with this, the court has also approved the survey of the premises of Shahi Eidgah, rejecting the arguments of the Eidgah Committee and the Waqf Board. While the Hindu side is seeing this as their victory, MP Asaduddin Owaisi has expressed his displeasure over this matter. Let us know what he said on this decision.

Some new group is stirring up controversies – Owaisi

AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi said- “Allahabad HC has given permission for survey of Shahi Idgah Mosque of Mathura. I had said that Sangh Parivar’s mischiefs will increase after the Babri Masjid verdict. This is happening when the Places of Worship Act Prohibits such litigation.” Owaisi said that the Mathura dispute was resolved decades ago by mutual consent between the mosque committee and the temple trust. Be it Kashi, Mathura or the Mound Mosque of Lucknow, a new group is raising these controversies.

Made a mockery of law and judicial process- Owaisi

Owaisi said that the Places of Worship Act is still the applicable law. But this new group has made a mockery of the law and judicial process. He asked that the Supreme Court was to hear this matter on January 9, so what was the hurry that the survey had to be ordered? He said that the law no longer matters. The only aim now is to rob Muslims of their dignity.

Outline of Advocate Commission will be decided on December 18

Hindu side’s lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain said that this is a historic decision. The High Court has today approved that a survey of the Shahi Idgah complex will be conducted. This survey will be done by the Advocate Commission. How many people will be there in the Advocate Commission? The court will decide on December 18 when this commission will go for survey. He told that he had argued in his application that there are many such symbols and signs in the Shahi Idgah Mosque which show that the mosque has been constructed by entering the temple premises wrongly.
