PM Modi, on tour to three states from today, will visit these temples of Tamil Nadu including Rameshwaram – India TV Hindi

PM Modi on tour of three states from today.

New Delhi: PM Modi will be on a tour of three states from today, January 19. During this time he will participate in various programs organized in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several development projects in Solapur, Maharashtra today at around 10:45 am. After this, he will inaugurate the Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center in Bengaluru, Karnataka at around 2:45 pm and launch the Boeing Sukanya program. After attending both these programs, PM Modi will go on a tour of Tamil Nadu where at around 6 pm he will attend the opening ceremony of Khelo India Youth Games 2023 in Chennai.

PM Modi will visit these temples of Tamil Nadu

For the next two days (January 20 and 21), PM Modi will visit many important temples in Tamil Nadu. PM Modi will participate in an event at Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, at around 11 am on January 20. In this temple he will also hear recitation of verses from Kamba Ramayanam from various scholars. After this, PM Modi will go to Rameshwaram at around 2 pm. Here will have darshan and worship at Sri Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple. PM Modi will also participate in the ‘Shri Ramayana Parayan’ program in this temple. In this programme, eight different traditional troupes will recite Ramkatha (narrating the episode of Shri Ram’s return to Ayodhya) in Sanskrit, Awadhi, Kashmiri, Gurmukhi, Assamese, Bengali, Maithili and Gujarati. PM Modi will also attend the Prime Minister Bhajan Sandhya at Sri Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple, Rameshwaram.

PM will also visit Dhanushkodi and Arichal Munai

On January 21, PM Modi will worship at the Kothandaramaswami temple in Dhanushkodi. This temple is dedicated to Sri Kothandarama Swamy. The meaning of the name Kothandaram is Ram with bow. It is situated at a place called Dhanushkodi. It is said that it was here that Vibhishana met Shri Ram for the first time and sought refuge from him. It is also said that this is the place where Shri Ram coronated Vibhishana. PM Modi will also visit Arichal Munai near Dhanushkodi, which is said to be the place where Ram Setu was built.
