PM Narendra Modi will visit Goa on 6th February

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the India Energy Week 2024 in Goa on Tuesday and dedicate to the nation the permanent campus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) besides laying the foundation stone of various projects worth over Rs 1,350 crore. Modi will also address the Develop India, Develop Goa 2047 programme. According to a release issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the Prime Minister will inaugurate the ONGC Sea Survival Center at Betul village in South Goa at 10.30 am and launch the India Energy Week.

PM Modi’s gift to Goa

Energy Week will be India’s largest and only omnichannel energy exhibition and conference which is expected to be attended by about 17 energy ministers from different countries. “The Prime Minister has remained focused on achieving self-reliance in energy needs,” the PMO said. In this direction, India Energy Week 2024 is being organized in Goa from February 6 to 9. According to the release, this will be the only energy exhibition and conference in the country, which will provide a platform to the entire energy value chain and India Will act as a catalyst for energy transition goals of Rs.

Will lay foundation stone of many projects

More than 900 exhibitors will participate in the event. It will have pavilions from six countries – Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Russia, Britain and America. The Prime Minister will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of projects worth over Rs 1,330 crore at an event in Goa. He will inaugurate the permanent campus of the National Institute of Technology, Goa and inaugurate the new campus of the National Institute of Water Sports.
