New Delhi: An important meeting of the National Executive of Janata Dal United has started in the Constitution Club of Delhi. Natish Kumar, Lalan Singh and other senior leaders are present in this meeting. Meanwhile, posters in support of Nitish have also been put up at the venue. It is written on the poster – ‘INDIA demands Nitish, if the alliance wants victory then its face needs Nitish Kumar.’ Slogans were also raised in support of Nitish before the meeting in the Constitution Club. Nitish supporters raised slogans ‘How should the country’s PM be, how should Nitish Kumar be’.
Lalan Singh may leave the post of president
According to information received from sources, Lalan Singh may offer to resign from the post of party president. Sources may cite his desire to contest the Lok Sabha elections as the reason behind this offer. At the same time, he can propose to make Nitish Kumar the president.
JDU leader Ramnath Thakur said that where the organization is strong and where it is weak, all these issues will be discussed.
