The road rage issue between Kumar Vishwas and Dr. Pallav Bajpayee seems to be gaining momentum. Now investigation has been started for this incident which happened while traveling from Ghaziabad to Aligarh. Kumar Vishwas and his security personnel had accused Bajpayee of hitting him in the vehicle and assaulting him. At the same time, Dr. Vajpayee had given exactly the opposite statement. However, now taking action on this matter, CRPF has removed the soldiers deployed for the security of Kumar Vishwas.
Court of Inquiry order
PTI quoted sources as saying that the second batch of CRPF commandos have replaced their colleagues to maintain the security cover of Kumar Vishwas. Three soldiers deployed for his security have been removed. According to sources, the soldiers have been removed from duty pending the investigation into the road rage incident that took place on November 8. In this case, CRPF Director General SL Thaosen has ordered a Court of Inquiry after review.
There will be a complete investigation
The investigation into the matter has prima facie found that Vishwas’s commandos probably did not follow standard operating procedures. It is being told that CRPF has prepared a preliminary report based on the video of the incident and the statements of both the parties. The findings in the report will also be shared with the Union Home Ministry and Kumar Vishwas for future action.
Police had denied the attack
Kumar Vishwas had posted on social media platform X that there was an attempt to attack his convoy. However, the police had said that during the preliminary investigation the allegations regarding the attack on Kumar Vishwas’ convoy by some unknown person have not been proved. Police are investigating further in this matter. (input language)
