United Kisan Morcha has also held a meeting on Thursday amidst the ongoing Delhi march and demonstration by the farmers of Punjab. In the press conference after the meeting, farmer leader Rajewal said that we condemn the martyrdom of a young man on the Punjab-Haryana border. He told that in anger over this incident, effigies of Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar and the country’s Home Minister Amit Shah will be burnt across the country. United Kisan Morcha has also given information about its further programs.
Resignation of Haryana CM and Home Minister sought
Rajewal told in the press conference that Haryana Police has come to our area and broken tractors. For this, a case under section 302 should be registered against the Home Minister of Haryana. Kisan Morcha says that the Home Minister of the country is behind this entire movement. That is why Haryana CM and Home Minister should resign.
Programs of United Kisan Morcha
It has been decided in the meeting of United Kisan Morcha that Aakrosh Diwas will be celebrated tomorrow. Rakesh Tikait will take out a tractor march on one side of the highway on 26th February. Along with this, a rally will be organized on March 14 at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi. Along with this, there will also be protest against the WTO meeting from 26th to 29th.
Will bring together old farmer organizations
Kisan Morcha has informed that a committee of 6 members of Hanan Maula, Ugraha, Ramindra Patiala, Darshanpal and Rajewal will be formed. Along with this, efforts will be made to create unity among the old farmer organizations which were with SKM. Along with all this, Kisan Morcha has demanded a compensation of Rs 1 crore for the youth killed on the Punjab-Haryana border.
