Therefore, such people can clean their face with cold water or face wash even in the afternoon.

Wash face in the evening- Whenever you return from work, clean your face thoroughly. This removes the tiredness of the day. The dirt accumulated on the face also gets cleared. Some people also take bath in the evening in summer. If you cannot do this, then wash your face thoroughly at least once.

These things will create glowing skin

  • If you want to make your skin healthy and glowing, then make it a habit to drink as much water as possible. This will keep the skin hydrated and moisturized.
  • Be sure to include one fresh juice in your diet daily. This will make your skin glow and your face will shine. You should include things rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin E in your diet.
  • Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Especially by consuming things like carrot, cucumber, papaya, pomegranate, aloe vera, the face will remain healthy.

Mix these things in gram flour and apply on the face, there will be no need to go to the parlor.
