Ingredients for making fenugreek laddus
- 100 grams fenugreek
- 100 grams jaggery
- 2 bowls of ghee
- 1 bowl gram flour
- finely chopped dry foods
- a quarter bowl of gum
- half teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- a little surjan
Make fenugreek laddus like this
First of all we will fry the gum. For this, add ghee and fry it once it gets hot. After this we will take it out. Put it in a mixer or grind it coarsely with the help of a rolling pin. After this, heat ghee in a pan and fry the finely chopped fenugreek thoroughly. Add gram flour in it and fry it well. When the fragrant aroma starts coming from the gram flour, add Surjan and Ashwagandha to it and fry again for some time. Add gum and dry foods in it and fry for some time. On the other hand, make syrup by adding some water to the jaggery. Now add it to the fenugreek powder mixture and mix gently. After this turn off the gas. When the mixture cools down slightly, mix well with hands and make laddus of desired shape.
