1. Tricolored Idli
To make tricolor idli, first add rava, salt, curd and water in a bowl and mix well.
-Then divide them into three parts.

-Now take an idli stand and fill it with batter and steam it for 15 minutes.

2. Tricolor Dhokla-tri color dhokla recipe
-To make Dhokla, soak rice and dal in separate bowls for at least 8 hours.
-Remove the water and grind both of them coarsely.
-Add sour curd and some hot water to the lentil-rice paste and leave it to ferment.
-Now divide the batter into three parts.
-Mix different colors in all three.
– After 6 hours, add salt and grated ginger to the mixture.
-Cook the dhokla mixture in a small bowl in a steamer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Now your three colored Dhokla is ready.
-For the tempering, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves and let them cook for a minute or two.
-Put the tempering over the dhokla. Arrange it on a plate in the shape of a tricolor flag and serve.
