- 1 gourd
- Desi ghee – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Ginger – 1 piece
- Green coriander leaves –
- Red chilli – 1 pinch
- Salt – as per taste
How to make gourd soup
To make bottle gourd soup, take soft bottle gourd and peel it. After peeling, cut the bottle gourd into pieces. Now take a pan and add 1 spoon of ghee in it and turn on the gas on medium flame. Now temper it with cumin seeds and then add bottle gourd. Let the gourd cook thoroughly. Take some time and grate the bottle gourd in the pan with the help of a big ladle. When the gourd is cooked, grind it in a mixer. After grinding, put the bottle gourd pulp back in the pan and add water to it.
