-Celery
-Fenugreek seeds
-Salt
-Lightly all spices
-Water
-Baking soda

-Mix baking soda and oil in flour and mix it for about 20 to 25 minutes.
-Mix it in such a way that the color of the flour starts changing and it starts appearing lighter. If needed, add more oil.

-After mixing everything, add water to it and knead it well.
While kneading the dough, keep in mind that it should not be made wet but should be made into a tight dough.
