How to make Coconut Laddu
To make coconut laddu, first take 1 raw coconut and peel the brown part on it completely. Now cut the coconut into small pieces. Now grind the coconut coarsely in a grinder. Now turn on the gas and place the pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add ghee in it. Now fry almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and peanuts in ghee until they turn golden. Now in the same pan, fry the raw coconut that you have grinded with a grinder till it becomes light golden. Now take out the coconut from the pan. Now add 200 grams of jaggery and half cup of water in the same pan.
Till the jaggery melts, grind the dry fruits you roasted in a grinder. When jaggery melts, add roasted coconut to it. After 2 minutes, add ground dry fruits to it. Now mix all the ingredients well. Now turn off the gas, when it cools down a bit, take small amounts of the mixture in your hands and start tying laddus with it. After making laddus, put them in grated coconut, apply sawdust all over and keep aside in a plate.
