  • sorghum flour
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried coriander
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • half teaspoon celery
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • salt as per taste

How to make jowar roti

To make jowar roti, take flour in a plate the day before. Now add 1 teaspoon dry coriander to this flour. Add 1 teaspoon garam masala. Now add half teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon celery, salt as per taste, a little ginger and garlic paste. Now take 1 onion, chop it finely and mix it with flour. Now mix all the ingredients together well. Now knead the dough with water. After kneading the dough, make it into a ball and pat it with your hands to make a round roti. Now put the roti on the pan and apply light water on top of the roti. When the roti is cooked, turn it. Now blow it well on low flame. Your jowar roti is ready. You can consume it with pickle or any vegetable.
