  • 1 TBSP oil
  • 1 TBSP Ginger
  • 1 TBSP garlic
  • some chopped chillies
  • 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum,
  • half cup sweet corn
  • water, salt as per taste
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • Ragi flour 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion for garnish

How to make ragi soup

First of all, keep a pan on the gas. When it becomes hot, add oil to it. Now add 1 TBSP garlic, 1 TBSP ginger and green chilli grated or finely chopped. When it is lightly fried, add onion to it. Fry until golden. Now add finely chopped carrots, capsicum and sweet corn and fry on low flame till it turns golden. Now mix water in it. After adding water, add salt and black pepper powder to it. Now after this, prepare a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of ragi flour in water. So that there are no lumps, now put this paste in the pan. Now keep stirring it on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes until the consistency of the soup becomes thick. Now take it out in a serving bowl, garnish the soup with green coriander and spring onion and also add lemon juice to taste. Your healthy soup is ready.
