How to make Moong Dal Chilla

To make moong dal cheela, first soak moong dal overnight. In the morning, grind moong dal and add light salt and make a fine paste. Now crush carrots, capsicum and cheese pieces in this paste and mix well. Now add 1 teaspoon chaat masala to this paste and keep it like this for half an hour.
