Ingredients to make Makhana Chaat

  1. 2 spoons ghee
  2. 1 cup makhana
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. half cup pomegranate
  5. Half spoon green mint chutney
  6. half spoon tamarind chutney
  7. half spoon chaat masala
  8. chopped coriander
  9. salt to taste

How to make Makhana Chaat?

First of all, put 2 spoons of ghee in a pan. When ghee melts, add 1 cup makhana in it. Roast the makhana well. When the butter turns light red, remove it from the pan and put it in a bowl. Now add 1 cup curd to this Makhana. Now add half spoon green mint chutney, half spoon tamarind chutney, half spoon chaat masala on it. Now mix all the ingredients well. When it is mixed, add half a cup of pomegranate and salt as per taste. Add green coriander on top for garnishing. Your Makhana Chaat is ready. You can eat this chaat made from Makhana in breakfast.
