Ingredients to make Methi Paratha
- 1 cup chopped fenugreek
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup paneer
- half teaspoon celery
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2, 3 garlic cloves
- salt as per taste

Make fenugreek paratha like this:
First of all, clean the fenugreek leaves and wash them in water. Now chop the fenugreek leaves very finely. (If you want, you can also grind it) Now take wheat flour and add fenugreek leaves to it. Now add 1 teaspoon dried coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, half teaspoon celery, salt as per taste and grind garlic and mix it well in the flour. Now knead the dough well. Rub the cheese thoroughly and make it crumbly. Now keep the pan on gas. Now make balls of dough. When the dough is formed, add cheese to it and now close the dough. Now roll it in the shape of roti or paratha if desired. Now put the paratha on the pan, cook it well and apply oil. Your fenugreek paratha is ready. Now if you want, you can consume it with curd or chutney.
