Make face mask with pulses for glowing skin (Pulses Face Masks)
Lentil face mask- Masoor dal works wonders on the skin. Masoor dal removes spots and blemishes. For this, soak lentils in water overnight and grind it. Mix 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon aloe vera in lentil paste. Now apply it on the face and after it dries, wash the face. This will remove dead skin and make the dull skin glow.
Urad Dal Face Mask- Urad dal is used to reduce dark spots and make the skin glowing. For this, soak urad dal and prepare a paste by grinding it. Mix 1 teaspoon honey and 2 teaspoons raw milk in ground lentils. Apply this paste on the face and wash it with lukewarm water after about 20 minutes.
Moong Dal Face Mask- Moong dal is beneficial for the skin. Moong dal is used for deep cleaning of the skin. Soak moong dal for 3-4 hours and then drink it and make a paste. Mix honey and 1 teaspoon curd and apply it on the entire face. After drying, wash with lukewarm water. This will cause deep cleaning of the face.
Masoor dal and gram flour- Masoor dal becomes even more effective when mixed with gram flour. Soak the lentils and make a paste. Mix 2 spoons of gram flour and 1 spoon of curd in it. Apply it on the face and wash it with normal water after 15 minutes. Applying a mixture of gram flour and lentils reduces dark spots. This makes the skin glowing.
