Ingredients needed to make apple jam

For this you will have to take about 1 kg of apples.

If there is sugar in murabba then take about 1 kg of sugar.
You need 2 lemons to put in it
About half teaspoon cardamom powder is required for fragrance.

How to make Apple Murabba, know the recipe (Apple Murabba Recipe)

  1. To make apple jam, wash and clean the apples thoroughly and after drying, remove the peel.
  2. Now keep the apples in clean RO water so that their color does not turn black.
  3. Now take a big vessel and put all the apples in it. You have to keep so much water that the apples can easily submerge in the water.
  4. When the water starts boiling, add all the apples one by one and cook until the apples become soft.
  5. After about 15 minutes, check whether the apples have become soft or not. If the apples have become soft then turn off the gas.
  6. Now to make sugar syrup, add about 3-4 cups of water to 1 kg of sugar and keep it on the gas.
  7. Add cardamom powder to it and when the sugar dissolves, take out the apples from the water and add them to the prepared syrup.
  8. To make murabba, you have to prepare 2 strings of syrup which should be a little thinner than honey.
  9. Now add lemon juice to the apple soaked in syrup and leave it like this for 2 days.
  10. You can stir the murabba in between so that the syrup gets completely absorbed and the apples become sweet.
  11. Delicious apple jam is ready. You can keep it outside in winters and if you are making it in summers, you can also keep it in the fridge.
