  • Boiled potatoes – 2-3
  • Peas – 3/4 cup
  • Capsicum – 2
  • curd 1 cup
  • Green chilli – 1-2
  • Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
  • Dry mango powder – 3/4 tsp
  • Green Coriander – 3 tbsp
  • Roasted gram flour – 3 tbsp
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – as per taste

How to make Hara Bhara Kebab

To make Hara Bhara Kebab, first of all we will take spinach, cut it and keep it on medium flame of gas to blanch. After 10 minutes, take out the spinach from hot water. Now we will temper the garlic and green matches in the pan and when the garlic becomes soft then add peas and chopped capsicum in it. After that, when it is cooked, grind spinach, capsicum and matra coarsely in a grinder jar. Now take out this mixture in a bowl and add boiled potatoes and cheese to it. Now in this mixture we will add grated ginger, turmeric, garam masala, cardamom powder, dry mango powder, green coriander and roasted gram flour and salt as per taste. Now to make Hara Bhara Kebab soft, we will add 1 cup curd in this mixer. Now mix all the ingredients well.
