To make guava chutney, cook guava on fire. Cook 2 red chillies on the same fire. Now all you have to do is make a paste of jaggery and fennel. So, take a pan and fry fennel in it. Then add jaggery powder and a little water to it. Let it cook. Now mash the guava that you had cooked and mix it in it. Mash chaat masala and cooked red chilli and mix it. Mix chopped coriander leaves on top and add a little salt. Now cook it for some time and turn off the gas. After this, grind it by putting it in a mixer and take it out in a bowl. Your spicy guava chutney is ready.
