Ben Stokes admires BCCI before Rajkot test, Rehan Ahmed will play the next match

Ben Stokes happy with resolution of Rehan Ahmed’s visa issue

He had to go back to England and after that he reached India before the second Test and after that he was also seen playing. Meanwhile, when the England team was coming to India again for the third test, the visa issue of another player of the team, Rehan Ahmed, was stuck. However, this time the work was done faster and Rehan Ahmed is now in India. For this reason Ben Stokes has praised BCCI.
Rehan Ahmed is of Pakistani origin
Pakistani-origin England spinner Rehan Ahmed had a single-entry visa on arrival in Rajkot. On this, Ben Stokes said that waiting for a visa is a stressful time for anyone, but thankfully it was completed soon. Ben Stokes said that the people there have done a very good job by giving visa to Rehan at the airport. Now with the help of BCCI and government, Rehan got the visa. Ben Stokes said that now there is no need to worry about all those matters, we were confident that the visa for Rehan would be received before the start of the match.

Rehan Ahmed has played both the test matches played against India so far and has also bowled well. He took two wickets in the first innings of the first Test, but did not take any wickets in the second innings. After this, Rehan sent three players to the pavilion in the first innings of the second test and three players in the second also. Now that the third match of the series is to be held in Rajkot from 15th February, England has announced its playing eleven. Rehan Ahmed will be seen playing in this match also. However, Shoaib Bashir has not been included in the team’s playing eleven.
