IPL 2024 Auction: The names of the players for IPL 2024 have been revealed. This time more than 1100 players had registered themselves for the auction, but now the names of only 333 players have been included in the list that has come out. That means players whose names have not been included in it will not be able to participate in the auction. Meanwhile, out of the 333 players whose names are in the list, only a maximum of 77 players will be able to be sold, because all the ten teams have the same number of slots left in total. Meanwhile, the special thing is that there are many players who had given their names, but now the names of those players are not included in the shortlist that has come. There are three players with a base price of Rs 2 crore.

Players with base price of Rs 2 crore for IPL 2024 auction

The players who had kept their base price at Rs 2 crore for the next season of the Indian Premier League, included Harshal Patel, Shardul Thakur, Umesh Yadav, Kedar Jadhav, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Mustafizur Rahman, Angelo Mathews, Tom Banton, Harry Brook, Ben Names of Duckett, Jamie Overton, Adil Rashid, David Willey, Chris Woakes, Sean Abbott, Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood, Travis Head, Josh Inglis, Mitchell Starc, Steve Smith, Lockie Ferguson, Gerald Coetzee, Riley Rousseau and Rassie van der Dussen. Were included. Out of these, there are only three players whose names have not been shortlisted. The names of India’s Kedar Jadhav, England’s Tom Benton and Sri Lanka’s Angelo Mathews are now missing from the list. That means no team has agreed to take him into their fold. There were only a few Indian players who kept their base price at Rs 2 crore.

Kedar Jadhav’s name missing from the list, played for RCB in the middle season last year

Meanwhile, the special thing is that when the players were bid for last year’s IPL, Kedar Jadhav had gone unsold, but in between, RCB player David Willey got injured. Kedar Jadhav was included as his replacement in the middle IPL. He also got some chances, but he could not leave such an impression that next time again some team would come forward to take him. Same thing has been happening with Kedar Jadhav for two years. In such a situation, it can now be assumed that Kedar Jadhav’s IPL career is almost over. However, nothing can be said if they come back again.
