Asteroid will pass close to Earth

A recent 120-second long exposure image captured with the Celestron robotic unit, part of the Global Virtual Telescope project, has provided a glimpse of this asteroid. At the time of imaging, 2024 BR4 was about 12 million kilometers from Earth and was slowly getting closer. The impressive details of its journey were captured using a Celestron C14+Paramount ME+SBIG ST8-XME robotic unit, demonstrating the power of international collaboration like the Virtual Telescope Project.
