28 people have died in a horrific attack on a bakery house in the Russian-occupied Ukrainian area of Luhansk. This has created panic in the area. The ministry shared video of emergency workers carrying two bloodied men on stretchers out of the ruins of a building in the dark. The location where the attack took place matches the location identified on Google Maps as the Adriatic restaurant on Moskovska Street, Lisichansk. Reuters expressed its inability to independently verify the date of the filmed footage. Ukrainian authorities have not made any statement on the incident. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said there were “dozens of civilians” in the building at the time of the attack and that Western weapons were used.
Accused of shelling bakery with rocket system
